Helios Houses Policy and rules



These are some rules that will make your stay more comfortable and safer.
Having made a reservation you accept all the following terms.

1. Parking places located with signs. Do not place your vehicles in areas that obstruct the view or close the access corridor to other vehicles.
2.There is a free wi-fi network. The name is GM and the password will be send you by sms upon your arrival.
3. Pets over 10 kgr are not allowed inside the apartment. Pets up to 10 kg enter the apartment only upon written request before the arrival and after our written agreement. Also it’s necessary the presentation of the animal health book. In any case, pets are not allowed to climb on beds and furnitures.
4. TVs are SMART and are already connected to the Internet. You are not allowed to change the TV settings.
5. Quiet hours: 00:30 – 08:00 and from 15:00 – 17:30.
6. Τhe children’s pool is placed upon request. The children must be under your supervision while they are in it.
7. All garden plants are automatically watered.
8. There are security cameras that supervises the garden and outdoor .
9. You should use all electrical appliances and household equipment carefully. If it is found on that damage which occurred during your stay or upon your check out, you may be charged for their repair.
10. During your stay you have the responsibility to bring your garbage outside the complex. You will have to transport your rubbish to the green municipal bin located on the main road.
11. Always close the garden doors when entering and leaving.
12.  You can ask us to give you a portable barbecue for your veranda.

13. Check out time is no later than 12 noon. if you wish a late departure you have request it by text message before. If we reply in writing with a message that we accept, only then it is valid the late check out.

15. Parties are not allowed wherever in the complex or the apartment. If you wish to make a party or celebration you must to ask us before. In this case you have to wait for our agreement (which is valid only by email from us).

16. The stay of more people than stated in the booking is strictly not allowed.

Cancellation Policy: If the reservation is canceled more than 42 days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded. If canceled up to 42 days before date of arrival, the deposit will be non-refundable.

If your reservation was made with a non-refundable rate, then the amount is not refundable under any circumstances. If your reservation was made through a reservation platform, then the platform’s accommodation policy applies.
