RESERVATION AND STAY TERMS:
By making a reservation you accept all the terms below.
1. You can park on the public street outside the building. Do not park your vehicles in places that obstruct the view or block the access lane for other vehicles.
2. There is a free wi-fi network. The name is Helios Houses Ioannina and the code will be sent to you by sms upon your arrival.
3. Pets are not allowed inside the apartment.
4. The TVs are SMART and are already connected to the Internet. You are not allowed to change the TV settings.
5. Quiet hours: 23:00 – 08:00 and 15:00 – 17:30.
6. All garden plants are watered automatically.
7. You must use all electrical appliances and household equipment carefully. If damage is discovered during your stay or found upon your departure, you may be charged to repair it.
8. During your stay you are responsible for taking your rubbish out of the complex. You should take your rubbish to the municipal bin located on the street.
9. Always lock doors when entering and exiting.
10. You can ask us to provide you with a portable barbecue for your terrace.
11. Departure time is no later than 11 am. If you wish to check out late, you must have requested it in advance by text message. If we respond in writing with a message that we accept, then only the late departure applies.
Check in time is from 13:00. If there is a departure of the previous guest on the same day as your arrival, the check in time may be modified by us to a later time
13. Parties are not allowed. If you want to have a party or celebration you must ask us before. In this case you will have to wait for our agreement (which is only valid via email from us).
14. The accommodation of more people than those listed in the reservation is strictly prohibited.
15. Please do not move the dehumidifier at all as there is a risk of damage as its water is piped directly outside.
16. It is not allowed to set air conditioners below 23 degrees Celsius. Incorrect use and use at lower temperatures increases electricity consumption and may cause damage to the air conditioner. It is also not allowed to leave air conditioners on when you are not in the apartment.
For safety reasons, You have to complete your reservation payment before the check in. You will receive the code to take the apartment’s key, only after we receive your payment.
Cancellation Policy: If the reservation is canceled more than 42 days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded. In case of cancellation up to 42 days before the date of arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
If your reservation was made with a non-refundable rate, then the amount is not refundable under any circumstances.
If your reservation was made through a reservation platform, then the platform’s accommodation policy applies.
